These terms govern the sale of products (ABS motorcycle fairings) through the motocarene.ro website.
Prices are shown in RON and include VAT. Payment is made by online deposit (card/transfer) and/or cash on delivery.

Consumer customers have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Details in Returns policy.
Products carry a 2-year legal conformity guarantee in accordance with EU consumer law.
ONE SOLUTION SRL is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse of products.
In the event of disputes, the parties will attempt amicable resolution. Consumers may access the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or contact ANPC (Romania).
ONE SOLUTION SRL reserves the right to amend these terms. The updated version will be available on the site.
